Bare with me, as this will be my first blog! I have been running this business in Ablerta now for almost 5 years, and I have experienced more than I ever thought that I could....the question I am asked most often is "what exactly is it that you do?" and my answer is never the changes with every person that I meet, because what I do changes based on what they need! I have been studying the anatomy of the body for 18 years...the physiology of how it works...the biomechanices of how it brain was so focused on the science for so long because it took that long for me to understand it all (and I am still nowhere near understanding it all, I get that) but now my undstanding and focus is headed in a different direction, and truly feel like I need to write about that brings us here! Read on and enjoy if you feel drawn to it, head on somewhere else if not :)

The intuition of Children!

Ok, so I am sure that every parent, at some point in their parenting, has experienced something "funny" or "strange", or what some may even say is "creepy" when it comes to things that their children say, well have I got a few stories for you....

Let me start by saying that I have two beautiful boys, crazy as all get out, and I love them more than I could have ever imagined was possible (all parents are supposed to say that right? but it really is true, I swear, they are slowly and steadily driving me mental, but I totally do love them)....anyhow, when my oldest was two he started seeing a "man in his room".....turns out he is probably my very favorite great Uncle, who passed many moons ago now, but who was someone that I was crazy close to as a child. Well, he would visit my Jalen, and tell him he was beautiful, and that his favorite color was green (like my eyes), and sometimes he would bring friends who would just stand back and smile...the stories of his visits went on for a few years before the veil seemed to have dropped, and the visits weren't something he was able to tune into was never anything scary, or horror movie worthy, just peaceful and full of love, and that's how we liked it! The funny thing was when his friends would come to visit, there was more than once when they would absolutely refuse to go into Jalen's room because of how creepy it was...the dude had Winnie the pooh on his walls at the time, and fluffy white clouds, creep factor of 0 I swear, but those little tiny people could feel that there was a different type of energy in the room, and that they weren't welcome...super interesting to observe.

Now my youngest was similar, around the age of two, or I guess as soon as he was able to talk enough for us to understand him, he would talk of the people who would visit him, the baby who kissed his knee and made it better, his "Anna" who would sing him lullabies at night, even more recently a boy who had passed in our community who came and gave him a hug, but seems to be stuck wandering. What is interesting about him, is that the veil doesn't seem to be dropping, his 6th birthday is coming up in just under 2 months, and he is as intuitive and perceptive as ever! It is amazing to hear his stories, and to try to see the world as he does...what a gift to be around! He was the first to tell me I was pregnant, before I ever acknowledged it myself...more to come on his adventures another day because I am sure there will be many !
