6 WEEK SPRING TRAINING CAMP:
- speed training for 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m sprint events
- agility training
- core strengthening
- jump training
- overall conditioning
- increased fast twitch fiber activation
- increased power production
- explosive starts
- relay training
- proper sprint technique training

 

Who is this camp for?
- athletes 10-17 years old
- all athletes looking to increase speed, strength, agility, endurance
- all athletes who are preparing for various sport tryouts, track events etc...
- multi-sport conditioning that is safe for young athletes
- all levels welcome

 

When: Starting April 25th - June 1st 
- Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm (various locations, indoors/outdoors)

WHO WE ARE:

Coach Glenn, is a multi-sport athlete, and has been coaching kids sports for over 20 years. Being trained in the 100m, 200m and 400m sprints he will help each athlete improve their foot speed, sprinting mechanics, power production, explosive speed and confidence. 
Coach Glenn will encorporate the fundamental movements of jumping, running, agility, balance and core strength to ensure that each participant is able to tune into their "INNER ATHLETE"

Coach Dianne, a certified Athletic Therapist, CAT(C) & Kinesiologist,  has worked with the Canadian Master's Track & Field team, and the NCAA Women's Track & Field team with the University of Hawaii. She has been a trainer and therapist working with athletes for over 17 years and will ensure that each athlete is moving with biomechanical precision. She will help with endurance training, overall body conditioning, and will end each class with breath work and a short meditation to help the athletes enhance the mind-body connection.
